topic PAC code from vodaphone not working in Sky Mobile

“Hi, I’ve added a SIM to my Sky account for my mum, and we want to transfer her Vodafone number across using a PAC code. We already have the valid PAC, but the transfer keeps failing. Vodafone have confirmed the PAC is active. At no point have Sky asked for my mum’s Vodafone account details, which I believe is why the port isn’t working.

Can you please make sure the number transfer request is submitted using my mum’s Vodafone account details — her full name, date of birth, and address exactly as Vodafone hold them — even though the SIM is billed on my Sky account? If necessary, could you transfer me to your Number Porting or Mobile Technical team to get this sorted?”*

Have you got this sim yet and if so have you activated it because once you did then you should be able to give Sky the pac code via your account.

If this still isn't working then call sky only 150 from your sim for help.
