Hi @Joel2 if it's not letting you add them to a basket or letting you check out then try a different browser and if still the same you will need to call sky for help.

Hi @Joel2 you have already started a thread, no need for another one. If you can't order online you will need to call sky for help. Call on 150 froma sky sim or sky talk number.

Can I just say that althoigh the advice is not coming from sky employees. advice to call for support really grinds my gears. no disrespect meant to anyone here.

This is because I have a disability and can't just pick up the phone. It's not a hearing loss issue so using text speak is not helpful..

It would be really good if there could be a solution for this rather than a workaround. So my question is, has anyone actually taken this to sky and got a digital solution?

As I said, there's no disrespect meant to any of the for members offering support. They are fantastic.
