    <description>&lt;P&gt;Resolved by moving to an e-sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Number was showing as unknown in sim settings. Sky dont allow call forwarding to be disabled. Must have been faulty sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Conditional Call forwarding is active</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I call out receive&amp;nbsp;Conditional Call forwarding is active.&amp;nbsp;My phone is unreachable as when number is called user gets error incorrect number was enterred.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Receiving network bars. Always forward is "No Number set".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No phone settings were changed.&amp;nbsp; I did an Android OS software update today AFTER this issue and still no luck.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So I am Unable to make or recieve calls on this working Samsung s23 device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it was a sim problem I would not receive network bards nor be able to make calls over whatsapp, wifi/5g.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas Sky team?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have call forwarding enabled, perhaps try disabling it ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
