&lt;P&gt;As you have been sent an order cancellation email then your order will be cancelled this is usually due to you failing the second deeper credit check. Any payment you have made should be automatically refunded within 3 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have failed the credit check then this will be something you need to look into yourself. You could sign up on a free months trial at somewhere like Experian which will give you access to your credit record. If you do this remember to cancel before the free month finishes.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi, I have order a phone and I got multiple mails saying order is cancelled. But my order status still shows delivery delayed.I don't have a confirmation yet is the order cancelled or still waiting for delivery. If cancelled I didn't receive any refund mail.</description>
