I have two mobiles on sim only plans both currenty on 2gb, skye has massaged me and offered a 1gb plan for £3- I want to do this on one phone but cant find how to do this on line the mix option starts at 2gb - I have also tried to contact them directly using the tel numbers provided but,,,,,,, getting through!!!!! - surely I should be able to do this via my Skye account, any help would be much appreciated

Hi @mick146 if it's not showing on your account as an option to change a current sim to then chances are it's an offer for an additional sim. Have you checked the small print ?

detail just says stay as you or at 2gb at £8.50 or change to 1gb at 1gb

As already noted, such offers are usually for additional SIMs and cannot (usually) be applied to existing ones.

You may have to call Sky to check. (Call Free on 150)
