I have a sky mobile account under my husbands name and account. I can't seem to turn off safe search as it thinks I'm under 18. How do I turn this off?

If you mean parental controls on the SIM then see here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/parental-controls-sky-mobile

If it is 'Safe Search' then that's a browser setting, nothing to do with Sky.

If your device is connected to your Sky Broadband then you need to adjust your broadband shield settings for this. You can do this via the MySky app or online here:
