topic Charged for cancelled plan in Sky Mobile

Hi, I recently got changed onto sky mobile and have had non stop issues. When my phone arrived it came with 2 SIM cards (I had ordered my data plan by phone and only wanted one SIM card) one was a 100mb one and the other was unlimited data. When trying to port my old number and details over I accidentally ported it onto the 100mb SIM card. This then prompted a 2 hour phone call where I was transferred 5 times to try and fix this issue. I had been told that the only solution was to upgrade the 100mb to unlimited data as once the old number has started porting it cannot be cancelled and put onto a different new SIM card. By doing this I was losing a better deal that I had with the original unlimited SIM card and was going to have to pay £5 more per month. As annoying as this is, I understand that it is my fault for porting the number onto the wrong SIM card. As part of the solution the original unlimited SIM card was to be cancelled. In my first bill I have been charged as if I am using both unlimited SIM cards even though one of them had only been activated for around an hour before being cancelled. I have been very disappointed by the whole process and would like a refund for the SIM card that is meant to have been cancelled and has been unused.

Billing does start as soon as the sim cards are activated so now that you have cancelled one of them do you see a credit for it on what will be your next bill, if you do not does it appear on the following bill ?
