l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer led discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

Sky won't respond to your post on here. You may need to initiate contact if the expected call doesn't come.

I would assume they won't call back - you'll have to call them.
