How to cancel a order

Long and short of it is, pre ordered a iPhone 17 with an additional sim, they haven't arrived and the tracking says 4th October...

since then I have realised I can get a better deal on the high street and walk away with the phone on the same day.
tryed calling sky but the automated service sends me wild and the wait times are longer than reasonable.
how would one cancel a order through the app?

Calling is the only way to cancel the order.

Hi @G9 you can't. Orders can only be cancelled on the phone or refuse delivery when it arrives.

Not us... You'll have to call Sky to cancel.
