    <description>&lt;P&gt;The offer you took up via Sky VIP&amp;nbsp;only applies to a new sim which is why you were sent it, so once you activate it then as you already have one you will be paying for a second one. You can not easily transfer your mobile number between these sims without moving it to a PAYG network then back to the new sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a new sim from sky I am already a sky customer so why send a new sim when it's not needed. Yesterday I used my sky to receive a new diamond special offer for two years but if I'm already with sky why do the send me a new SIM card that doesn't work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
