    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4465286"&gt;@robert6565&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; others that reported a similar issue earlier this year found that by making a small (£10) payment into their account that this reset the passport/spend cap and it started working again. May be worth a try ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also as well as the roaming cap check your monthly spend cap.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The message is followed by stuff about the spend cap. But I have disabled the spend caps on both my account and my wife's.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now it says that it won't even reset the roaming passport, also because of the spend cap.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky support is not available by chat at the moment, anf of course I am unable to call the helpline.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
