&lt;P&gt;It will work out but there can be a delay of up to 3 weeks when a device has been returned as it takes the company that handles the returns for Sky this long to inspect it. Any overpayment should be refunded by the way of a credit on your account once this has been done.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did a switch upgrade and sent my old phone back to sky because it said that my device covered the rest of the cost I had left to pay. I never received any confirmation that they received my phone and I'm still paying for it so I'm paying for both phones. Am I still meant to be paying off my old phone or is this not right and I need to contact them? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
