I've just purchased a s25 fe I've filled the forms out correctly but just been emailed saying I didn't meet the criteria as they dont accept EE or BT. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do

Did you select Sky as the provider and then supply them with either your Sky Mibile account number or the IMEI number of your device ?

Hi it wouldn't let me. It only gives me the option of bt bt business ee or ee business.

Really stupid of me but I think I've just done it properly i used the link that was on the page but after a little digging I managed to select sky mobile. I know its free so I shouldn't be complaining but who doesnt like a freebie
