&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We obviously can't see your bills. Compare it to a previous one to see where it differs. It usually involves roaming charges, sending chargeable picture messages, calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
