&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For both issues you will need to call them again.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;called on 10th September regarding my current eSIM on my iPad, as it was not receiving messages via the phone number (only through my iCloud email). I was told someone would be in touch, but I haven’t heard back yet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;At the same time, I also ordered a new SIM plan (10GB with unlimited calls and texts for £5/month), which I have not yet received.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you please update me on:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The status of the Esim issue I reported.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The delivery or activation of the new SIM I ordered.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for your assistance.
