WiFi Calling not working

Hi all,

I've got a Sky eSIM for my Pixel 6, but WiFi calling is not working.

Other features like Visual Voicemail and 4G Calling appear fine, it's just WiFi calling causing issues.

Any ideas on how to resolve?

Previously it's been a case of the carrier turning it off and on again and that's tended to get it going.

O2 supports WiFi Calling on my device, so the underlying network shouldn't be the problem.

Did you buy the device from Sky?

Hi @SaltyW did you get your phone from sky ? If not then they don't guarantee phones not purchased from them will work with WiFi calling.

Ah, the phone wasn't bought from Sky, although I can see it's using Sky's specific carrier profile?

Is there a way we can get Sky to try turning it off and on again? That worked with other carriers.

Hi @SaltyW you could try calling sky but getting to speak to someone who could help will probably be the issue you will face.
