      <description>&lt;P&gt;If all you did was to upgrade your phone and you selected the "I do no need a new sim" option then you can ignore&amp;nbsp;these&amp;nbsp;messages so you do not activate the sim so you can keep using&amp;nbsp;the one&amp;nbsp;you already have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
