@peter-marlow+1966 If it says action required have you clicked on view? It should advise you of what you need to do.

I did the first one line everything went through OK signed the credit agreement checked the order and said action required so i phoned sky and we did the order over the phone everything went through fine again signed the credit agreement agreement they could see it had all gone through but again checked the order on line and again it says action required

It said to contact them which i have but now have 2 orders that say the same thing

Good afternoon, Peter. Thanks for replying.

Did you have to re-order for them to get delivered or did the escalation team push the order you already placed through?

My order is stuck on Action Required and was told it will be escalated and I should hear back in a few days. I don't want to order again as the same thing will happen

Yes i did have to reorder them
