&lt;P&gt;Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Transfer or Reset [Device] &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work try requesting the network settings are sent to it from the Sky website:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account &amp;gt; Mobile &amp;gt; Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.&lt;BR /&gt;Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Save the settings when your receive┬áthem and reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new iPhone 16 pro. &amp;nbsp;Switched my sim from my old phone and can make calls and receive messages, however I cannot open any apps or the internet. &amp;nbsp;I have accepted what Sky sent me, and have even stitched the phone on and off. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas anyone? &amp;nbsp;I'm sure I'm missing something obvious!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
