i see the contract but have some not understand .

Sample as Swap 24

Contract lenth was 36 month and I can swap to new phone after 24 month with no cost .

but

1)Do I need to sign a NEW 24/36 contract when I swap ?

If no that mean after 12month my contact should be finish and I own my new phone?

2)Iphone 17 pro Price was 1099 , if Iphone 19 pro price was 1399 , do I need to paid any extra of this? even I keep iphone like new.

3) Buy Iphone from sky swap is there any sim lock?

To answer your questions:

1. When you swap to a new device then you do start a new contract with it so you would need to select one.

2. If you owe anything on the device you return to Sky then it is added to your next available bill after the swap has been completed. If they owe you then it is added to your account as a credit.

3. All mobiles from Sky are unlocked.

That's not guaranteed. It depends on the residual value of your phone and the value of the new contract.

The 'no cost' is that the residual value of your phone would normally be expected to match the remaining credit owed at usual swap timing. So you can simply take a new contract of your choosing (and a new term of course).
