Sky mobile parental controls will not switch off

Ok, so new to sky mobile.

All the 4 SIMS i've set up have parental controls on them set by SKY. I've followed the instructions to switch off (which includes entering a bank card and paying a £1, which apparently gets refunded) however, they don't switch off.

It's very annoying

Hi @AJB59 it has to be a credit card not a bank/debit card. If you don't have one but have credit agreements with sky for the phones then call sky on 150 and that can be used to turn them off.

I did use a credit card and it still hasn't turned off?

It might be one of these things can take a little while to kick in. While it dies you should be able to access adult content when connected to a Wi-Fi connection.
