I've requested a new eSIM, will it come with a new number or will my number stay the same? If it's the same am I able to request a new number

If you ordered a new esim then it should have a new number, only a replacement would come with the same number.

How do I order a new eSIM? I've ordered a replacement as that was the only option it gave me but can I cancel it and request a new eSIM instead?

You can order a new esim from here:

Make sure you select the esim option.

You would need to call Sky on 150 to cancel the other one.
