New sky mobile contract eSim

Ordered a new sky mobile SIM only contract 6-7 days ago with the eSim option.

Still not received the eSim details is this normal? Wondering how long this takes as I've used eSims before delivery usually within a few hours.

Hi @Ashoka02 is it showing in your account ? Have you checked the spam folder in your emails ?

No it's not showing on my account but says come back soon not ready yet, but this is now day 6. eSim delivery is instant or within a few hours not days?

Just wondering if there is a technical issue or the request for eSim is lost ?

You could try ordering another one @Ashoka02 , failing that call sky or use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact them.
