      <title>Increase in bill</title>

      <description>I recently changed the data allowance for my two sons and was told it would be £31 per month each but they would take £108 for that month - this was to clear the old plan and fir the usage of the new plan. They are now wanting £108 again this month. I can't get through to customer services - what should I do? I just dont understand what they are doing. This is my first year with Sky and I will be running back to Tesco Mobile as soon as I can.</description>
