You've posted your question in the wrong bit of the forum as this "Skystore" is the one where you buy and rent Sky movies.

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
