Hi @Ushani it won't have been a mac book with a Samsung phone. Did you submit a claim or did the offer say it would be sent automatically ?

Are you saying you ordered two items - a Samsung S25 and a Mac Book, or that there was an offer with the S25 if you purchased?

If it was a 'freebie' then it will be a Chrome Book and not a Mac Book...

If you haven't already you have to put in a claim for the Chromebook as per this:

https://samsungoffers.claims/galaxygift2025

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
