Missing delivery

Ordered a mobile through sky, and was coming with 2 free gifts. Headphones and a watch. I knew I needed to claim the watch, however they've delivered the headphones next day, but no mobile. And i believe sky think the phone has been delivered but it hasnt

Hi @VernonSanders you will need to contact sky if that's what you believe, no one here can help you. You can call on 150 from a sky sim.

Already have. Sky are doing an investigation, but could take up to 72 hours. Thankful they're doing one. (Not sure how thorough they'll be) but his sort of thing shouldn't be happening either way. I get mistakes happen, but its a pretty big mistake. Just came here to see if anyone else has had a similar issue and how long did it take to get resolved. Dont want to be paying for a phone i dont have.

iPhone16 plus..ordered 5th Sep, was due 9th, then 11th ... guess what, Phone never arrived, said it was at DPD Preston West on the tracking.. phone has disappeared.. I CANNOT get Sky or DPD to sort this out 😡
