Do you currently have a phone with Sky? If yes then is it still under Contract?
If yes & it's over 12 months since purchase then you can upgrade however if under 12 months or out of contract then you cannot upgrade. However you can purchase a new phone by going to the Sky store. You'll go through credit checks & will be given a delivery date or an expected delivery date. As the 16 has now been replaced by the iPhone 17 the old one may no longer be available.

Have you placed the order via the Sky website as that is the only way you will know if you pass the credit checks.

Your thread title states iPhone 16 Pro Max. It was announced in the press last week that the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max are being discontinued so there might be significant stock issues getting one.
