      <title>Still paying for my phone only contract even though my contract has finished</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My 2 year phone only contract ran out in September 2025 once I had made the last payment&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however I logged into my account to see I am still getting charged £25 a month even though I cannot see what for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have had email&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;confirmation stating my contract has finished and my monthly payments are now £0 however a few days ago £25 was taken from my bank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have had no email or anything to state I have go onto a new contract or anything stupid like that, as I have paid off the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am confused&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have a dataplan then that continues even if the device has been paid in full.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
