I've ordered a new sky contract. Wich said I'd receive headphones and a watch. Do these items come with the phone as can't find any info on this

Depends on the specific item and terms.

Some come automatically, others have to be claimed.

What item was it?

If it was a Galaxy Watch 7 then you have to put in a claim via here:

https://samsungoffers.claims/galaxygift2025

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
