Wrong sim sent for my mobile

Hi Sky have sent me wrong sim for my mobile after approx. 4 hours on the phone to them . Would anyone know of my next step without going through all of their phone palaver with foreign people.

Can anyone help with wrong sim sent as I am now running out of patience and losing the will to live.

Why is it the wrong sim as you should be able to pop it out from the card to the size you require.

They only send a universal SIM. What issue are you having with it?
