Texts not working

I have a new sim only, it has been activated fine.

I can send messages ok, friends and family are receiving. When a reply is sent, if it is from an android from it reaches me ok, if sent from an IPhone, it is going to someone else!

Need support

Have you transfered a number from a different network to this new Sky sim ?

No, this is a new number for me, randomly assigned by Sky.
