    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2882443"&gt;@Abridgetjones&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; those calls are scam calls. If you gave them any personal information or passwords immediately go to your account and change them. Usually they order new devices on your account, they are delivered to your home, they then send a courier, claiming to send them back to sky but they then have them and you are left paying for them. If phones do arrive, do not give them to anyone.       <title>Received calls over sim change</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received 2 calls now saying we are changing your sim card as customers have complained that signal and connection fails they say they are sending another out but nothing is this genuine they give me a password after changing my one. They are very confusing I hope this is genuine&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received emails like these on Friday and today also I actually thought it was real and then thought I have 5 sims why are they saying only 1&amp;nbsp; is changing&lt;/P&gt;</description>
