&lt;P&gt;If you failed the credit check I'm not sure why it was applied as a credit on an account you'll not use. You need to contact Sky Ireland next week. We are fellow customers on here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently tried to get an iphone with the pay monthly contracts, the process was accepted and I paid 69 euros upfront. Then it was cancelled and after a few days I receive a refund of the money, however it was as credit. I would like it on my bank account please. I actually need 2 refunds as we made a new process on my wife's account and the exact same situation has repeated. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sky Ireland Customer Services are not open over a weekend.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi thanks for the reply, you seem I received an email stating that my refund will take 3-5 days, then it appeared on my bill as credit. Will it stay credit forever or will it automatically be refunded? I prefer it to be refunded to my account directly, I am not sure why they put it as credit when I didnt have a say in it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
