Have you recently moved your mobile number to Sky from a different network ?

Was today when you gave Sky the pac code or did Sky tell you that the number moved over today and what phone do you have ?

I gave it them yesterday it was switched over today

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.

Give this a try:

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Done it still nothing the advisor said I might need to wait 24 hours
