I paid my phone bill of £90.49 and my bank says it gone through but sky is saying it hasn't gone through and saying my account is suspended when it says paid when i look at my bill

Hi @Rover3 when was it paid as it can take a day or two to clear at Skys end ?

Can you clarify, are your mobile phone services restricted (not working) or just access to your account restricted?
