&lt;P&gt;Although we are customers here, we can safely say that call was a scam call as Sky do not make such calls and neither do that cancel sims do to "bad connections complaints" so you did the right thing by hanging up as their next step would have been asking you for information so they can get access to your Sky account which would then allowed them to order phones and tablets of which you world&amp;nbsp;have been paying for them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I got a phone call telling me that you were cancelling my sim in the next few days due to bad connection complaints across the area. I hung up. I am assuming this was a scam call. Can you please confirm this. Thank you</description>
