It isn't possible to exchange one phone for another but you can upgrade it or swap but in both cases the credit agreement on the iphone 16 has to be paid off in full so if the value Sky says it is worth is not enough to do this then the difference is added to your next available bill.

Or call Sky and arrange to return the 16 if you've only had it for less than thirty days.

As @caesarome indicates, moving from last years release to a brand new model on a commercial basis is never going to be cheap.

@Pradip17 Then you would have to use the swap option, that would probably involve paying a fair amount on top of the swap value of the iPhone 16 to pay off what you owe on the credit agreement.

In that case @Pradip17 it will be very, very expensive to swap to the 17 pro.
