How long do you wait for a refund

I was told that my refund will be in my account by Monday the latest. It's now Tuesday and still no refund. Yet on your website it states you process them through a faster payment which can take up to "2hours" I've been waiting 5 days

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

Do you mind telling us what the refund is for?

Hi @Jamie207 i have seen reports of customers waiting two weeks or more. You could try calling sky on 150 to chase it up if that's what you were promised.

They told me to expect it by Monday the latest and any issues then to call. So I rang yesterday and they wasn't helpful at all.

Was due to me paying my bill early and that the direct debt was still taken. As I thought I missed the direct debt

When you have a direct debit setup you don't need to make any manual payments because if for whatever reason that payment was missed Sky will automatically try again in 10 days time so making such payments doesn't stop them from doing this.
