S25 ultra is the phone I've ordered it says claim free laptop just doesn't tell you how to do it can you help??

The link on the post abive by @63johnw shows you that this is the link that you need:

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
