I have just received my new Samsung galaxy s25 FE. The deal was with Samsung ear buds and a Samsung galaxy 7 watch i have received the ear buds with the phone. How do I claim or get the watch?

You need to put your claim in via this link:

https://samsungoffers.claims/galaxygift2025

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

https://messages.sky.com/message-centre

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

You can only pick providers as EE or BT.

I'm having this issue as well, only these providers can be chosen so no further forward as to what to do 🫤

If you scroll through the list here of participating retailers then Sky Mobile is listed:

And Sky Mobile is hown in the drop list of retailers you have to select from here:

I got a Flip7 phone and the following day the Galaxy Watch8 arrived.

I didn't have to claim anything - it all just happened.

Some offers are 'inclusive' and others you have to claim separately.

Hi did you get this sorted as I have other way around no buds came with phone but have been able to claim watch via Samsung gift page which is what I think you need to do

But sky now trying to say that this offer was never life eg to get buds and watch was just watch

If you can help me if had any pictures or anything showing this deal

Would be great
