If you had ordered a replacement sim then that would have the old number (assuming this old number is also with sky). If your old sim/number is with a different network then you need to get a PAC from that network and give it to sky and your old number will transfer to your new activated sim from sky on the next working day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
