Just renegotiated sky deal. Only have options of 3G yet I am a VIP customer with an Apple 12 mini phone. I struggle to access the internet

If you to to Settings > Mobile Data Options > Vouce & Data do you see an option here to change it to 4G or is this already selected ?

Hi @Hildacope if you go to settings, mobile service, mobile data options, what does voice and data tab show ? Can you change the setting there ?
