Mobile never delivered

I should of had a new Iphone delivered on Sunday, and the courrier said it was delivered but it was not, just the case. It is clear in the photo, it is only one box too.

I have tried to get help from DPD and Sky, but I have yet to get a straightforward answer.

Any advice here? It's ridiculous I should have got a ohone Sunday and I still have not heard any solid updates

Hi @Dearbhaile14 as this is mainly a customer helps customer forum you will have to persevere with calling Sky/DPD to chase this and get them to investigate, no one here can do that.

Did DPD supply a photo of the delivery? If so is it your door/house in the photo? If not then check with neighbours in case it was left there - it shouldn't have been as devices usually require a signature.
If just the case was left then check under your account to see if the phone is being shipped separately.
