I've checked on your check the coverage, it says it's fine..... but it isn't. Only can make calls through our Wi-Fi and I'm not receiving all calls , this has been happening for months now. I wish I never changed my mobile to sky now as I never had any problems with Vodafone coverage, this is so frustrating as I'm missing important calls !

As you appear to be able to make calls then have you called Sky on 150 about this as they might want to send you a replacement sim to try incase the one you currently have got has developed a fault. When calling stay silent when asked anything by the bot.

When you call you'll find out... (it's the voice recognition system that tries to 'help')

If you have managed to avoid a bot when calling any company then you have done well but Sky like others use them to try to 'help'.
