      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I've been trying to upgrade for the last 30mins and press add to basket and it goes from blue to pale blue and then doesn't add anything it's very frustrating&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Give Sky a call (dial 150 free from your current Sky mobile) and the agent can place the order for you as long as you're eligible to upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
