However, the marked it as delivered, so when I raised the issue they told me no - your keyboard was delivered.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I explained that it hadn't arrived, and they asked for pictures of the packaging. Weird, but okay, sent. Sky called, but it was in the middle of my working day so I asked for calls after 5pm to accommodate this. They continued to call during my working hours.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>After over a week, I jumped on live chat to try get an update. Guess what?
