Piggy bank data

My data has rolled over ever since September 2024 but I've just checked the "piggybank" and it says in May most of the data got removed - it's more than what the total is from September-May and also it's not within the 12 month period.

What do you recommend I do?

Hi @TCollinsX3 piggybank data now expires if not used/rolled within 12 months, previously 3 years. Customers were informed in an email in early 2024. The data started expiring in May this year, hence your loss of the data. There is nothing you can do to get it back.

Thank you for getting back to me. I may have to ring SKY and speak to them because the data is from September 2024 and removed in May 2025 so wasn't a year. I've only just checked to be honest so didn't realise back in May when it was actually removed from the system.
