      <description>&lt;P&gt;You may not be able to order without a new dataplan/SIM but do not activate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply move the SIM from old to new phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
