&lt;P&gt;Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account &amp;gt; Mobile &amp;gt; Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.&lt;BR /&gt;Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Save the settings when your receive&amp;nbsp;them and reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have already ensured that mobile data is switched on, airplane mode is off, and my data plan is active. I have restarted my phone, checked that other apps can access mobile data, and confirmed that I have good signal, but mobile data still does not work.
